Terms of Service

1. Appointments and Booking

Clients are required to book appointments in advance. Also Walk-Ins always welcome. You don’t need to pay in advance, just book and come in required time.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

For Cancellation, Just Call Us and cancel your appointment.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late arrival fee may be applied. We will do our best to accommodate, but this may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


4. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other electronic payment methods.
Any fees for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals will be automatically charged to the card on file.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not typically provided for services rendered, but we may offer a complimentary adjustment within a certain timeframe.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Hollywood Eyebrow Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior, disrespect to staff, or any actions that may cause discomfort to other clients or employees.

7. Health and Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff, we follow strict sanitation protocols. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

8. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during the booking process or while providing services is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

Hollywood Eyebrow Salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
