Welcome to Hollywood Eyebrow Salon. By accessing our website or booking an appointment at our San Francisco studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Hollywood Eyebrow Salon, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be required to prepay for all future bookings.
2. Arrival & Late Policy
To provide the best experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time.
Parking: Please account for San Francisco traffic and parking at Stonestown Galleria to ensure a timely arrival.
10-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client.
3. Service Satisfaction & Refunds
Our goal is for you to love your brows.
No Refunds: As these are personalized aesthetic services, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed.
Immediate Feedback: If you are unsatisfied with your results, please inform your specialist before leaving the salon so we can make immediate adjustments.
48-Hour Guarantee: We offer a 48-hour satisfaction window. If you notice an issue with your shape or tint after leaving, contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up.
4. Health & Safety Disclosure
For your safety, you must inform our staff of any of the following before your service begins:
Allergies: Please notify us of any known allergies to waxes, tints, or adhesives.
Use of Retin-A, Accutane, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA).
Recent chemical peels or laser treatments.
Active skin infections, cold sores, or open wounds in the treatment area.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Our staff has the right to work in a safe and respectful environment. Hollywood Eyebrow Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
Repeated “No-Shows” or late cancellations.
Aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
Health conditions that pose a risk to the client or staff.
6. Prices & Payments
Payments: We accept cash and major credit cards. Payments are due in full at the time of service.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Please refer to our [Menu Page] for current rates.
